Try to find simple rf amplifier

For a long distance transceiver I need a big output power. There are a lot of complete solutions like CC1101, but they are not powerful. 16mW is not too much. So for my future walkie talkie I need 446 MHz 0.5 watt transmit tract as compact as possible.

Of course, there are a lot of old school solutions, but they are too complex for nowaday. So, here is transmitter amplifier schematic from mid 2000s professional motorola portable radio for example. 

This is strikingly different from cheap modern solution. Such as BGA7027 from NXP and HMC452ST89 from analog devices. This is integrated fixed gain 1 watt RF amplifier in three port package, which needs only external blocking capacitors. But at oficial suppliers it costs 5-10$ and this is too much. I tried to ask about the same solution Ti managers, but their website did not let me to their forums. This is strange, because St forum are opened for everyone.

But on aliexpress there are boards, I hope, with the same IC cost for 5$ with shipping. So I think, that I will find this Ic cheaper but later. 

Ti website helps me with another example, based on frontend from skyworks. Also they have half watt SKY65338-21, and this also do not need any external components too. More than that, it have filter for this diapasone. But there is nowhere to buy it.
